Channelscaler, a partner relationship management and channel automation platform, announced this week that its AI-driven system is now available through the Microsoft Marketplace. The move lets enterprise customers acquire, deploy, and pay for the platform directly through Microsoft's procurement channels, folding channel management into the same purchasing process companies already use for cloud infrastructure.

The platform runs on an agentic AI engine the company calls Scailyn, which automates partner workflows and surfaces revenue insights across the partner lifecycle. Channelscaler said the system includes enterprise-grade compliance and governance controls built into the automation layer, a feature increasingly demanded by large organizations adopting AI tools for revenue operations.

The listing arrives through Microsoft's Frontier Accelerate for Marketplace program, an initiative designed to help software vendors move customers from initial deployment to fully transactable offers inside the marketplace. Channelscaler's platform is Azure-hosted and Teams-connected, with integrations across Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and the broader Microsoft Marketplace ecosystem. Customers can apply existing Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment funds toward the purchase, a detail that lowers the barrier for companies already committed to Microsoft's cloud spending targets.

The announcement reflects a broader trend among business software vendors: building AI agents directly into partner and channel management rather than offering standalone automation tools. Marketing and revenue operations teams have increasingly looked to AI-driven platforms to reduce manual work in tracking partner performance, forecasting channel revenue, and managing compliance across large partner networks.
