Anthropic released a new suite of Claude capabilities targeted at small businesses, including 15 prebuilt workflows designed to automate common tasks such as customer support drafting, proposal generation, and invoice summarization. The features are available through the Claude for Business subscription tier and require no coding to configure.
Inc. Magazine reported that the prebuilt workflows are designed to reduce setup friction for businesses without dedicated IT staff. Users can activate workflows through a guided interface, connect them to existing tools such as Gmail and Google Docs, and customize outputs through plain language instructions.
The launch positions Anthropic more directly against Microsoft Copilot and Google Workspace AI in the small business segment. Anthropic stated that the 15 initial workflows were selected based on usage patterns observed across its existing business customer base, with additional workflows planned for later in 2026.
