Salesloft, the Atlanta headquartered revenue technology company, has completed its merger with Clari to form a combined AI focused revenue platform. The deal closed on December 3, 2025, and installed Steve Cox as chief executive of the merged organization, which the companies describe as the first Predictive Revenue System aimed at orchestrating sales signals and AI workflows to forecast and drive growth.

Founded in Atlanta in 2011, Salesloft brings a sales engagement platform to the combination, while Clari contributes revenue forecasting and operations tools. The merged company reports ingesting more than 10 billion revenue interactions and 1 trillion data signals, a dataset it uses to train predictive models for sales teams. Combined annual recurring revenue was reported at roughly 450 million dollars.

Leadership additions in 2026 signaled continued investment in the platform. In May, the company named Brian Benfer as chief revenue officer and Rajesh Krishnaswami as chief technology officer, moves it framed as strengthening both the sales execution engine and the AI systems behind it. The company also earned a Gold Stevie Award in 2026 for use of technology in sales.

Integration remains a work in progress. According to the company's own customer guidance, the unified product roadmap has not yet shipped, and full platform consolidation is described as years away. The merger adds scale to metro Atlanta's cluster of sales and marketing technology firms, a group that includes several venture backed companies serving business to business revenue teams across the region.
