Salesloft, headquartered in Atlanta, announced on July 9, 2026 that it has expanded its Model Context Protocol server to position the platform as a context layer that external AI agents can query directly. The company is listed natively in Claude's connector directory and requires no custom configuration to connect.

The expansion runs in stages through late summer 2026. Salesloft Cadence and activity records come first, followed by Clari Copilot call intelligence, then Clari forecasting and deal inspection data. Custom connectors for ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini complete the sequence, giving the platform coverage across every major assistant ecosystem by the end of the season.

A second announcement followed on July 14 with the launch of Salesloft Conversation Intelligence. The product repositions call analysis away from a coaching archive that managers review after the fact and toward a live signal layer. Buyer signals detected during a conversation trigger next-action recommendations, feed downstream agents, and update forecast inputs while the deal is still open.

The Model Context Protocol approach differs from traditional integration work. Rather than building point-to-point connections between a CRM and each assistant, the protocol exposes a standard interface that any compliant agent can query. That structure reduces the engineering cost of adding a new assistant to an existing revenue stack.

Salesloft operates from Atlanta in Fulton County and sits among the larger enterprise software employers in the metro region.
