CallRail, the Atlanta-based marketing technology company, marked 15 years in business in 2026 with an expansion of its AI-powered advertising measurement tools. The firm now serves more than 225,000 businesses worldwide and has grown well beyond its original call tracking product.
The company announced a new integration for ChatGPT ads, allowing businesses and marketing agencies to measure and optimize advertising performance on the platform alongside campaigns running on Google, Meta, and Microsoft. The addition reflects the growing role of AI search platforms as advertising channels that marketers want to track next to established networks.
CallRail has built out AI features across its product line. For eight consecutive years, it has held G2's top-rated position among inbound call tracking providers, and its Voice Assist product earned G2's Best ROI badge for AI voice assistants in its first year on the market. The company describes its focus as connecting campaigns, customer conversations, and business growth for small and mid-sized businesses and the agencies that serve them.
Based in Fulton County, CallRail sits within Atlanta's cluster of marketing technology firms, a group that also includes Salesloft. The company said it plans to relocate its offices in January 2027 as it continues to grow its workforce.
The ChatGPT ads integration signals how conversation-focused MarTech vendors are adapting their measurement tools to account for AI-driven advertising and search behavior.
