CallRail, the Atlanta based lead engagement platform, launched a real time two way integration between its Voice Assist AI agent and Yardi property management software. The connection lets the agent pull live unit availability, pricing, and amenity data from Yardi when answering prospective renters, qualify the caller, and write structured call insights back into the property management system. The result is 24 hour coverage for leasing inquiries without a staffed phone desk.
The company also deepened its integration with Jobber, the field service management platform, adding a bidirectional connection between Voice Assist and Jobber. CallRail introduced three additional integrations covering JobNimbus, JobTread, and Workiz, extending the agent into contractor and home service software stacks.
Salesloft, also headquartered in Atlanta, released Salesloft Conversation Intelligence through a partnership with Clari. The product captures buyer signals from sales calls and converts them into a live signal layer that triggers next best actions, feeds automated agents, and updates forecasts in real time. Clari AI models analyze call transcripts to project deal outcomes and recommend seller actions.
Both releases follow the same pattern. Rather than presenting AI as a separate assistant, each vendor is wiring model output directly into the system of record the team already operates in, so the automation fires inside an existing workflow.
Atlanta has produced a dense cluster of marketing technology companies, including Salesloft, Terminus, FullStory, CallRail, Pardot, and Silverpop.
