CallRail, the Atlanta based marketing analytics company, announced on June 10, 2026 a new integration that makes ChatGPT advertising measurable for small and midsize businesses and the agencies that serve them. The company said it is among the first providers focused on that market segment to offer attribution for ads running on the ChatGPT platform.
The integration automatically attributes phone calls, text messages, and form submissions to specific ChatGPT ad campaigns and ad groups, giving marketers a view of which ads generate qualified leads. Performance from ChatGPT ads can be viewed alongside Google, Meta, and Microsoft campaigns in the same reporting environment, allowing teams to compare channels and assess return on ad spend in one place.
Setup connects through CallRail's integration settings using an API key and a conversion pixel identifier, without developer support or a sales call. The company said the feature is available at no additional cost to eligible customers and can be activated in minutes.
The launch builds on CallRail's earlier work extending measurement to AI powered search experiences including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. Earlier in 2026 the company validated an artificial intelligence management system covering transparency, risk management, and oversight, and it relocated to new headquarters along the Atlanta Beltline. The moves reflect growing advertiser interest in conversational AI platforms as emerging channels that have lacked standardized measurement.
