Atlanta-based Salesloft, the sales engagement platform now operating jointly with forecasting firm Clari under the Clari + Salesloft brand, launched Salesloft Conversation Intelligence on July 14, embedding AI-driven call analysis directly into the workflows sales teams already use to manage pipeline and prospect customers, according to a company announcement distributed through GlobeNewswire. The company, based in Atlanta, said the release addresses a gap in which conversation data captured during sales calls typically sits in a separate system before it becomes a next step, a forecast adjustment or an input feeding an AI agent.
The new capabilities include automatic scoring of every sales call grouped by performance tier, a feature that identifies trending topics and deal signals across a team's full call library, a tool that lets managers ask questions across historical call records to spot patterns such as recurring objections, and mobile recording for in-person meetings that converts conversations into tasks within the platform.
Clari + Salesloft chief executive Steve Cox said the update reflects a bet that revenue teams need to turn intelligence into execution in real time rather than reviewing call insights after the fact. Clari + Salesloft chief product officer Kylie Fuentes said embedding conversation data into engagement activity and forecast inspection makes AI recommendations more useful because they are grounded in how sales teams actually work day to day.
The release builds on a Spring 2026 platform integration between Clari and Salesloft that introduced a Model Context Protocol server designed to connect the companies' revenue data with outside AI tools. The company said the new conversation intelligence tools are now generally available to customers, including enterprise accounts such as Adobe, 3M, IBM and Zoom.
