Salesloft, the Atlanta-based revenue technology company, has expanded its artificial intelligence capabilities with a new server that lets outside AI applications tap into live sales data. The MCP server gives tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot full context into a company's pipeline, deals, accounts, and call activity, and is available to users on the company's agentic add-on tier.

The move connects forecasting to frontline execution. Through an integration with Clari, sales tasks and AI-generated emails can be triggered directly from forecasting and deal-inspection views, allowing users to spot stalled deals or gaps in account coverage and act without switching tools. The company also added metrics in its analytics product to track how often accounts and people are researched by AI and how many agent tasks are completed, giving managers a view into AI adoption across teams.

The product direction reflects a broader shift toward open, interoperable AI in enterprise software, where platforms expose their data to external models rather than keeping it locked inside a single vendor's tools. Salesloft's approach positions its revenue data as a source that customer-selected AI systems can query and act on.

The developments center on a metro Atlanta technology employer in Fulton County, part of a growing cluster of marketing and sales technology firms in the region. As sales organizations adopt agentic tools, the ability to link live revenue data to automated actions is becoming a competitive feature for platforms serving business-to-business teams.
