Salesloft, the Atlanta-based revenue orchestration platform, released a set of AI features in early July that deepen the role of automation across its sales tools. The update spans Channels, Conversations, Salesloft Connect, Clari AI integration, and data and CRM functions, and it reflects the company's move toward agent-driven workflows.

A central addition is a set of Agent Tasks metrics that show the measurable value of generative AI and agent usage inside the platform. The metrics appear in Account and Process reports, giving revenue teams a way to quantify how much work AI agents are handling and how that activity ties to pipeline outcomes.

The company also expanded its Salesloft MCP server, which lets external AI tools pull live data directly from the platform, including pipeline, call, and account information. The capability is available to customers with the Salesloft Agentic add-on, positioning the platform to connect with the broader ecosystem of AI assistants that sales organizations are adopting.

Founded in Atlanta in 2011, Salesloft is one of Georgia's larger enterprise software companies and a notable presence in the metro Atlanta technology sector. The release adds to a competitive push among sales and marketing platforms to demonstrate concrete returns from AI, as buyers ask vendors to prove that automation drives revenue rather than adding features.
