Atlanta-based call tracking and analytics company CallRail has expanded its Voice Assist artificial intelligence platform with two new integrations for HubSpot users. The updates let AI handle more of the scheduling and data-sharing work that previously required a human agent or a separate software step.

The first addition, Voice Assist Scheduling, checks a business's real-time HubSpot calendar availability during a live phone call, offers the caller open meeting times and confirms the appointment before the call ends. CallRail said the feature is meant to close the gap between when a lead calls in and when a follow-up meeting actually gets booked.

The second update makes CallRail's call and conversation data available inside HubSpot's Agent Hub through the Model Context Protocol, an emerging standard that lets AI agents pull structured data from outside systems. With that connection in place, HubSpot's AI agents can reference details from a caller's phone conversation when deciding how to respond or what to recommend next.

CallRail CEO Marc Ginsberg said the changes target a common bottleneck for smaller businesses. "The gap between capturing a lead and scheduling the next step is where many small businesses lose valuable time and opportunities," he said.

The company, headquartered in Atlanta, has built its product around call tracking and conversation intelligence for marketing and sales teams, and has been steadily adding AI features to that core offering throughout 2026.
