Insight Global, a talent, consulting and artificial intelligence company headquartered in Dunwoody, Georgia, plans to hire more than 1,700 employees in 2026 to meet what the company describes as growing demand for technical talent and AI-related transformation work. The hiring spans consulting, technical delivery, sales, recruiting and corporate operations.

Insight Global CEO Bert Bean said in a company release that unlocking the value of AI systems requires human expertise alongside processing power, and that the company is investing in its workforce to support customers moving through AI adoption. Cillian Maher, president of the company's consulting division, said access to people who know how to implement AI is a key differentiator as clients recalibrate hiring plans.

Founded in Atlanta roughly 25 years ago, Insight Global has operated its headquarters in Dunwoody since 2020, based in the Twelve24 office tower near Perimeter Mall. The company reported having about 40,000 full-time and contract employees across 40 countries as of earlier this year, including nearly 3,000 in the Atlanta area.

The hiring announcement comes as some technology companies have reduced headcount or paused hiring amid AI adoption. Insight Global said demand for its staffing services rose 15% over the past year, with AI-specific demand increasing 136% in early 2026 compared with the prior year.
