HubSpot launched Agent Hub and Agent Builder in public beta on July 23, unifying management and creation of AI agents across its Smart CRM for Professional and Enterprise customers. Agent Hub brings every HubSpot agent a business uses into a single console with live status, recent results and outcome-based organization tied to goals such as building demand, winning deals and scaling customer growth.
Agent Builder is a no-code canvas that uses natural language and existing customer context inside Smart CRM to assemble custom agents and agentic workflows. The tool supports multi-source triggers and combines workflow automation with agent orchestration on a single canvas, and includes guardrails that require human approval until a team is ready to let an agent's actions run autonomously.
During the public beta, Agent Hub is included for Professional and Enterprise editions at no additional charge, while custom agents built in Agent Builder run on HubSpot Credits when they take configured actions. HubSpot has not announced a separate pricing tier for the new tools.
As an early example, HubSpot pointed to Ignite Reading, which built a custom agent to parse school district calendars in seconds rather than minutes, a change the company expects will save roughly 350 hours of staff time per year. HubSpot said the release addresses a common operational gap in which multiple AI agents work in parallel without shared context, which Agent Hub is designed to resolve by centralizing visibility and governance across agents already in use, including its Customer Agent and Prospecting Agent.
