HubSpot has launched Agent Hub and Agent Builder in public beta, giving marketing, sales, and service teams a single place to deploy and manage AI agents built from their CRM data. The tools, opened to all Professional and Enterprise customers, let teams view active agents, track their live status and results, and build custom agents and agentic workflows without heavy engineering.
The release headlined a broad June-into-July 2026 update wave that touched nearly every part of the platform. HubSpot also rebranded its Commerce Hub as Revenue Hub and introduced a HubSpot Agent CLI in public beta, a command-line tool that lets AI agents read and update CRM records and manage pipelines, properties, associations, and workflows for bulk and scheduled tasks.
The moves extend HubSpot's push to embed AI agents directly into its customer platform, positioning the company against larger enterprise rivals. Agentic features aim to automate routine marketing and sales tasks, such as drafting outreach, updating records, and running multistep campaigns, while keeping the work anchored to CRM data for context.
The product expansion arrived alongside continued financial growth. HubSpot reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of $881 million, up 23% from a year earlier, with deals worth more than $120,000 in annual recurring revenue growing 64%. The figures reflect rising enterprise adoption as larger organizations consolidate marketing technology and test AI agents in production. HubSpot said the beta tools would gain capabilities before broader general availability.
