HubSpot introduced Agent Hub and Agent Builder in public beta on July 23, giving business teams a single console to build, monitor, and coordinate artificial intelligence agents across sales, marketing, and service functions. The tools address a common problem: AI agents that operate in isolation without shared customer context, sometimes leading to disconnected outreach, such as a sales agent contacting a customer the same week a service agent is handling that customer's open complaint.

Agent Hub gives go-to-market teams a centralized dashboard showing live status and performance for every active agent, while Agent Builder lets users describe tasks in plain language through HubSpot's Breeze Assistant to create custom workflows. The platform connects to deal history, contact records, and buying signals so agents share a consistent data foundation.

One early adopter, a virtual literacy tutoring program operating across more than 25 states, built a custom agent that automatically finds and parses school district academic calendars, cutting a task that once took 15 to 20 minutes per district down to seconds and saving more than 350 hours a year, according to the company.

HubSpot has repositioned itself as an AI-first customer platform in recent years, adding tools such as an Answer Engine Optimization suite and a quote-to-cash product called Revenue Hub. The company reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of $881 million, up 23 percent year over year, with enterprise deals above $120,000 in annual recurring revenue growing 64 percent.

As AI agents take on more autonomous tasks inside marketing and sales organizations, coordinating them under a single governance layer is becoming a bigger priority for enterprise technology buyers.
