Kentico, a content management and digital experience platform provider, reported that customer adoption of its AI marketing assistant, AIRA, nearly quadrupled during the first half of 2026. In an announcement dated June 30, 2026, the company said adoption grew 292%, monthly active customers rose 220%, and the number of customers using three or more AIRA capabilities each month increased more than fiftyfold.

The company credited the surge to its AIRA Agentic Marketing Suite, released early in 2026. The suite adds four specialized AI agents to the platform: a Content Strategist, a Customer Journey Optimization Specialist, an SEO and GEO Specialist, and a Campaign Manager. Each agent handles a defined role within the marketing workflow rather than acting as a general-purpose chatbot.

Kentico framed the growth as a shift from isolated AI experiments toward AI embedded in daily marketing operations. The company said marketers are turning to the specialized agents to streamline content creation, optimization, and campaign management while maintaining governance, quality, and brand consistency. The inclusion of a dedicated SEO and GEO agent reflects rising interest in optimizing content for both traditional search and generative engine results.

The report fits a broader industry pattern in 2026, as marketing technology vendors race to ship agent frameworks that businesses can trust with narrow, well-defined tasks. The move positions agents to complete work rather than only answer questions, with human review kept at the center of decisions. Kentico's figures point to deeper engagement across an established base rather than only new sign-ups.
