Netsertive, a marketing technology platform for multi-location and franchise brands, released version 3.0 of its Multi-Location Experience platform on August 3, 2026. The update repositions the product from a data analytics and campaign management tool into what the company calls a Marketing Command Center, built around an AI-native engine layered over a consolidated local data infrastructure.
The new version adds three AI-driven capabilities: an MLX Chat Assistant that lets marketers query performance data in plain language, an answer engine optimization tool aimed at improving visibility in AI-generated search results, and a Call Insights AI feature that analyzes inbound call data. The platform selects among several underlying AI models, including Amazon Bedrock's Nova Micro, Snowflake Cortex, and Google Gemini, depending on the task.
Herb Brittner, Netsertive's vice president of product and engineering, said the company built the update to move away from displaying lagging performance data toward delivering clearer, more immediate insight into what drives growth at the local level. The platform is designed for brands that manage marketing across hundreds of individual locations, where campaign performance and messaging can vary significantly by market.
Netsertive's release adds to a wave of AI-native product launches among multi-location marketing platforms this year, as vendors compete to consolidate fragmented location-level data into a single operating layer rather than adding standalone features to existing marketing technology stacks.
