Atlanta-based revenue platform Salesloft released new AI analytics metrics in June 2026, giving sales operations teams visibility into how staff are using AI-assisted research tools within its platform.
Three new metrics are now available in Salesloft Analytics: Account researched, Person researched, and Agent tasks completed. The metrics appear in the Accounts Report and Team Performance Report, as well as the Individual Coaching Report, allowing managers to track AI adoption at the team and individual level without requiring additional permissions.
The release comes as Salesloft has been embedding AI capabilities into its sales engagement platform across multiple update cycles. As AI features spread across enterprise software stacks, organizations face a tracking challenge: determining whether teams are actually using the AI tools purchased and what operational impact those tools produce.
The new metrics give revenue operations leaders data to assess AI adoption rates, correlate AI tool usage with sales activity outcomes, and identify coaching opportunities where AI-assisted research could improve rep performance.
Salesloft is headquartered in Atlanta and provides a revenue workflow platform used by sales organizations for prospecting outreach, pipeline management, forecasting, and post-meeting task automation.
