ZoomInfo announced the general availability of GTM.AI, a go-to-market data layer designed to connect the company's verified business intelligence directly to artificial intelligence agents used in marketing and sales operations. The product, described by the company as a headless context layer, exposes ZoomInfo data through public APIs and the Model Context Protocol, allowing AI assistants and agent platforms to query that data without users leaving their existing tools.
According to the June 1 announcement, a single connection links the data layer to AI assistants including Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot, as well as agentic customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and IBM watsonx Orchestrate. Sales execution tools including Outreach AI, Gong, and LeanData are also supported, along with data platforms such as Databricks and Glean.
The company said the underlying GTM Context Graph resolves 100 million companies, 500 million contacts, and billions of buying signals into a single connected graph, with access governed by each customer's existing data entitlements. ZoomInfo positioned the release as a response to business-to-business data decay, citing industry estimates that roughly 70 percent of B2B contact data becomes stale each year. The company argued that AI agents acting on outdated records produce incorrect outputs at machine speed and scale.
GTM.AI is generally available to ZoomInfo customers, with MCP server and API documentation published at gtm.ai. The release includes compliance certifications spanning ISO 27701, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and TRUSTe GDPR validation.
