Aventure Aviation completed the acquisition of Atlanta Aviation International in March 2026, adding an FAA-certified repair station to its portfolio and expanding its MRO capabilities in the greater Atlanta market. Atlanta Aviation International, founded in 1994, specializes in aircraft interior refurbishment across commercial, business, general aviation, rotorcraft, and military aircraft, and has built a domestic and international customer base spanning more than three decades.

The acquisition includes the relocation of the Atlanta operation to Aventure's existing campus in Peachtree City, Georgia, located in Fayette County. The Peachtree City campus features a newly constructed 70,000-square-foot warehouse designed to support expanded aftermarket and interior services.

The combined entities bring more than 55 years of aviation industry experience and are positioned to pursue new market opportunities through diversified capabilities. Aventure said the integration creates operational synergies that will support growth in both the domestic aftermarket and global MRO sectors.

Atlanta Aviation International President Mike Thatch and his full team will remain in their roles, ensuring service continuity for existing customers during the transition to the Peachtree City location.

The acquisition reflects continued consolidation in Georgia's aviation MRO sector. Delta TechOps, one of the largest commercial MRO operations in the world, anchors the region at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in neighboring Clayton County, supporting demand for complementary repair, interior, and parts services across the metro area.
