FlyHouse, a US business aviation services provider, has completed the acquisition of JetsMRO, a Federal Aviation Administration Part 145 certified aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul provider based in Dallas, Texas. The deal adds JetsMRO's 40,000-square-foot facility at Dallas Executive Airport to FlyHouse's maintenance network, along with a second location in Miami, Florida.
JetsMRO holds certifications for Bombardier Business Aircraft models including the Challenger and Learjet series, as well as Textron Aviation's Beechjet and Citation jet families. The company specializes in business aircraft maintenance and aircraft-on-ground support, which addresses one of the most time-sensitive service categories in the industry.
FlyHouse CEO Jack E. Lambert Jr. said the acquisition strengthens the company's infrastructure in Dallas and South Florida, describing both markets as among the most active business aviation centers in the country. JetsMRO was founded by Suresh Narayanan, who brings a background spanning aircraft maintenance, operations, and aviation leadership.
The deal reflects broader consolidation activity across the US MRO sector in 2026, as operators look to build geographic coverage and type-rated capabilities through acquisitions rather than organic growth. Analysts project the US MRO market will reach approximately $97 billion globally in 2026, driven by aging fleet demand and continued delivery backlogs from original equipment manufacturers.
