Frazier Aviation International LLC has relaunched as Asperion Aerospace LLC, a new aerospace and defense growth platform built to expand specialized aftermarket businesses through organic growth and acquisitions. Asperion now serves as the parent company for Frazier Aviation Inc, a San Fernando, California manufacturer that provides structures and hydraulic system repairs for military aircraft including the Lockheed Martin C-130, F-16 and P-3 platforms.

The rebrand builds on a 2024 strategic partnership between Frazier Aviation and Seven Point Equity Partners, an operationally focused private investment firm that backed the company's expansion of product offerings and manufacturing capacity. Since that partnership began, Frazier Aviation added senior leadership across its business development, operations and procurement teams to support faster growth.

Asperion will now function as an umbrella company for a growing group of aerospace and defense businesses spanning engineering, manufacturing and maintenance, repair and overhaul work. The platform structure allows the company to pursue acquisitions of complementary aftermarket businesses while keeping Frazier Aviation's existing military sustainment work as its foundation.

The military aircraft aftermarket sector has drawn increased private equity interest as defense budgets grow and aging fleets require more sustainment support. Founded in 1953, Frazier Aviation has built decades of experience repairing components for legacy military platforms that remain in active service, giving the new Asperion platform an established base of government and prime contractor relationships to build from as it adds new business lines.
