Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport has launched a redesigned version of its official website, ATL.com, with the stated aim of giving users faster and easier access to airport information and resources.

Airport Chief Information Officer Chris Crist said the goal is to make it easier for people to find the information they need quickly and reliably. Crist said the relaunch is meant to improve how the airport connects with, informs, and serves travelers and the wider community.

Diana Leon Brown, deputy general manager of marketing, air service development, and international affairs, described ATL.com as the airport's digital front door and the first point of contact with the airport for many travelers and stakeholders. Leon Brown said the redesign gives business and industry stakeholders more intuitive navigation along with better access to resources and opportunities that connect them to the airport.

The airport listed five improvements in the rollout: easier access to urgent airport updates and time-sensitive notices, simplified navigation that reduces the number of clicks to key information, more prominent announcements and timely alerts, improved visual communication through larger photos, video, and dynamic content, and centralized access to key information and useful links.

Hartsfield-Jackson serves more than 100 million passengers a year. The airport said ATL.com remains the primary source for airport updates, traveler information, and media resources. The airport campus sits across Clayton and Fulton counties south of downtown Atlanta.
