TAT Technologies has signed several new long-term maintenance, repair, and overhaul agreements with international passenger and cargo airlines, representing an estimated combined value of approximately $45 million over contract terms ranging from five to ten years.

The newly awarded agreements cover support for auxiliary power unit platforms under TAT's OEM authorization, along with MRO services for heat exchangers. The company said the contracts reflect sustained demand for its APU and thermal management capabilities and further strengthen its position in the global commercial aviation aftermarket.

Chief Executive Igal Zamir said the agreements enhance revenue visibility and order backlog while expanding the company's presence across key international airline programs, and expressed confidence that continued momentum will drive revenue growth and EBITDA expansion through 2026 and beyond.

TAT also announced the sale of its minority interest in an unconsolidated entity, with an estimated one-time pre-tax gain of approximately $4 million expected in the second quarter of 2026.
