Z Squared Inc. said it has closed its acquisition of Paradox Data, LLC from Paradox Infrastructure LLC, bringing the Union County Campus in El Dorado, Arkansas, into its computing infrastructure portfolio. The site is the company's first owned campus with power already flowing, and it forms the base for a planned AI colocation business.

Electric service at the campus runs under an existing interruptible service arrangement with Entergy Arkansas, LLC for up to roughly 8 MW. Paradox Data also holds contractual rights to acquire adjacent land, with a development pathway targeting more than 150 MW of AI-ready capacity over time through a mix of utility power and on-site generation. The company said capacity above the current service arrangement remains a development target that is not contracted, energized or delivered, and that expansion depends on additional power arrangements, customer commitments, financing, permitting and construction.

The transaction was completed entirely in stock, with no cash paid at closing and no debt incurred. Near-term work at Union County covers first-phase high-density electrical and cooling design, utility and on-site generation planning, the adjacent land acquisition, and securing a first binding customer request for service. Z Squared has engaged A2 Advisors to support site development planning, project delivery, vendor alignment, and leasing and capital strategy at the campus.

Union County is intended to contribute to a previously announced Phase 1 objective of developing 100 MW of AI-ready capacity across multiple US sites. Z Squared common stock began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol ZSQR in April 2026.
