Uranium Energy Corp (NYSE American: UEC) reported fiscal 2026 results on September 29, 2026, for the year ended July 31. The company produced 229,294 pounds of uranium during the year, with 82,744 pounds in the fourth quarter, a 157 percent increase from the third quarter. Cumulative production since the start of operations stands at 359,260 pounds.
Christensen Ranch in Wyoming supplied 65,392 pounds in the fourth quarter. Burke Hollow in Texas contributed 17,352 pounds in its first full quarter of production. Total cost per pound fell to 36.54 dollars in the fourth quarter, a 33 percent decrease from the third quarter, and averaged 39.94 dollars for the full year.
UEC sold 400,000 pounds from inventory at an average realized price of 93.13 dollars per pound. Those sales produced 37.3 million dollars of revenue and 16.9 million dollars of gross profit. As of July 31, 2026, the company held 753 million dollars in liquid assets, including 495 million dollars in cash, and carried no debt. Finished inventory totaled 1,256,000 pounds of U3O8, valued at 109 million dollars at market prices.
Development work continues at several projects. Wellfield construction is underway at Ludeman in Wyoming. Permitting at Sweetwater in Wyoming is advancing, with an environmental assessment expected in March 2027. At Roughrider in Saskatchewan, the company completed 36,000 meters of core drilling and has a pre-feasibility study in progress.
The company also cited federal demand. The National Nuclear Security Administration is seeking 4 million pounds per year of unobligated US-origin uranium, with deliveries starting in 2030. The US Army plans to deploy more than 20 microreactors that would require US-origin uranium. UEC's conversion facility project has a 63-member team working with Fluor, and a Class IV cost estimate is targeted for mid-2027.
