Highline Warren, a vertically integrated distributor of automotive aftermarket and cleaning products, plans a multi year investment of $170 million in a new logistics and operations center in McDonough, Georgia. Governor Brian Kemp announced the project on July 14, 2026. The company expects to create 160 jobs at the site.
The facility will occupy the former Zinus building at 830 Highway 42 South in Henry County. At more than 1.1 million square feet, the building will serve as a central operations hub, and the company has said the layout is designed to absorb future expansion. Highline Warren has described a distribution target of reaching roughly 95 percent of the United States population within two days from the site.
Operations are expected to begin in late 2026, with hiring for logistics, distribution, and operations roles starting later this year.
Henry County sits at the southern edge of metro Atlanta along the Interstate 75 corridor, which has drawn a cluster of large distribution and freight projects over the past several years. Proximity to Interstate 75, Interstate 675, and the Atlanta beltway network puts the site within reach of both the Port of Savannah drayage lanes and regional truckload networks running north into Tennessee and west toward Alabama.
The investment adds to a run of freight infrastructure activity across Georgia in 2026, including the Georgia Ports Authority inland port that opened in Gainesville in May.
