Georgia Governor Brian Kemp announced on July 14, 2026 that Highline Warren, a vertically integrated distributor of automotive aftermarket and cleaning products, will invest $170 million in a new logistics and operations center in McDonough. The multi-year project is expected to create 160 jobs in Henry County.
The company will occupy the former Zinus building at 830 Highway 42 South, a structure spanning more than 1.1 million square feet. Highline Warren plans to outfit the site with automated material handling and inventory technology, and the building footprint leaves room for future expansion. Operations are scheduled to begin in late 2026.
Company representatives said the McDonough location was selected for its position relative to interstate freight corridors. From Henry County, the distributor expects to reach 95 percent of the United States population within a two day delivery window. Interstate 75 runs directly through the county and carries a large share of the freight moving between Atlanta and Florida markets.
The announcement adds to a heavy period of logistics investment across the metro Atlanta counties. The Georgia AFY 2026 budget, signed in March, directs more than $1.6 billion toward extending and adding bidirectional capacity to the I-75 express lanes in Henry County, work that will affect truck routing and travel times through the corridor for several years.
Henry County has drawn repeated distribution investment over the past decade, including the NewCold cold storage facility that ranked as the county's single largest capital commitment at the time of its announcement.
